Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan

Customers will be able to reach Laser Saver, Inc. during the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. central time, Monday through Friday, at (979) 696-3472 or 1-800-577-7287. Points of contact for Laser Saver are Karen Jamison and Robyn Richards. Contact Tim Deleon for printer repair and computer products. Contact Sonny Jamison for printer sales. All products will be shipped by UPS ground at then current prices and added to invoice. Any toner cartridge found to be defective should be returned to LSI at vendors’ expense. Notifications of such problems should be made by phone to Robyn Richards before defective toner cartridge is returned. Upon receipt of defective toner cartridge, LSI will ship a replacement cartridge at vendors’ expense. Laser printers shipped to LSI for repair should be packaged properly. Notification of repair should be made by phone to Tim Deleon before shipping. Upon receipt of laser printer, LSI will repair the machine within 5 working days and return the machine UPS ground at consumers’ expense. LSI will add labor on all invoices at $60.00 per hour, with a maximum charge of 2 hours.
